MTC’S TEAM

MTC’s administrative department includes the CEO, Operations’ executives, and sales manager. The above parties are in charge of the team, they set up pricing strategies, they communicate shipment status with clients, in addition to being in direct contact with regular and new customers, also they get involved in problem solving, as they supervise the status of shipments, besides being part of the company’s decision making.
The company’s professional operational team is always in charge of the organization of shipment of goods, negotiating terms with Carriers and shipping agents, following all shipment procedures including checking all incoterms, ocean/air freight shipments, customs clearance, transport documents, insurance paperwork, safety of the goods, dealings with all types of containers, and others.
The documentation/Customer service part is responsible for all system data entry, the checking of Bills of Lading, the tracking of shipments, the dispatching of Delivery orders, and the organization of all documents needed.
